I'm looking to find a dev to take a fully planned accessibility tool for use in music with SEN service users. Essentially it's digitisation and expansion of a physical tool that I already use in my classes when working with people with Learning Difficulties or who are on the spectrum. 

I have all the specialist knowledge and planning, but no experience whatsoever of the geek end! 

Could do with a conceptual chat and some advice on how to proceed. I'm also fairly sure it would have commercial value too.
