Matching a blank neck to the right body?

Hi all. I'm gathering parts together with the intention of putting a baritone telecaster together.

I just got an Allparts tele baritone conversion neck and I had been thinking of getting a blank body and bit by bit getting it put together.

Here are the neck specs:

27.78" scale length neck
Fits 25-1/2" scale length bodies
24 medium frets
Maple neck, sanded, unfinished and ready to spray
Rosewood fingerboard
12" radius
1-5/8" nut width
Heel width 2-3/16"
Tuning Peg Hole Diameter .340"
Truss Rod adjustment at heel
Neck thickness .87" at first fret, .92" at twelfth fret

As I mentioned, I was going to get a blank body and buy parts separately etc, but I am also thinking I could save some time and potentially some money, but looking for a used MIM or CV telecaster, and fitting the new neck?

However, I'm not sure if my neck specs would be suitable for all Fender teles, or should I be watching out for anything in particular? e.g. CV tele specs might be too narrow or wide for my bari neck

Also, as it's a baritone with a slightly longer scale neck, should I be looking for a heavier type body? Would I lighter wood/weighted body be a bad thing for example?
