How about a Kramer Aluminium necked guitar - bit cheaper than the Travis Bean models - also very 70s and you don't see them much

Of course there is an alternative to the Moon, as a unit of weight - and that is ‘bags of sugar’.

A Yamaha SG would typically be about 5 bags of sugar....
