A unique opportunity to own what must be one of the best sounding guitar amp/speaker set-ups available.  Based upon the iconic DC30, but in my view sounding better, Matchless used a turret board as well as point to point for the internal wiring on the Avalon.  A very loud 30 watt with the option to switch a still loud 15 watt  This model comes with foot switchable spring tank reverb, and the perspex front.

To bring the most out of this amplifier I have fitted £500 worth of top quality grade 1 and NOS valves:

4 x Grade 1 Mullard EL84

5 x Tungsram Grade 1 and NOS ECC83

Sylvania Grade 1 GZ34

Original valves also included.

The speaker cabinet is the excellent ESD212 with it's two mismatches customised Celestion speakers.

Also the very heavy amp and speaker are protected by custom built hight quality flight cases.  This amp was only gigged once and was used several times a week for 5 years for practice.

I will not send this by courier, it is far too heavy.  Collection only and you just must hear before you buy!!!
