In that hypothetical situation I might be looking to trade my way up to an American Original strat of some type. But my very real wife would, hypothetically, object to that on the basis that she wants a holiday. She’s so selfish. So I’m expecting to hunker down and await a cash sale, most likely. Good things come to those who wait. My wife comes to me when I don’t. And that’s scary.
