Just concentrating on the kick and snare sound in that clip, it sounds nice and natural.

Are those the pubs own lights?
That’ll be the expensive drum mics, £10 off eBay :)

Yes the pubs lights, we have our own but didn’t set them up
    Bargain!
Nice mix there and can tell the PA isn't strained.

You could bracket lights off those nice high stands?

Cheers @roland. The worst song in the set IMO :)
I only did the two. I can take it down again if you like.
No, leave it up, I’m sure there are more embarrassing videos of me in the public domain:)

its nice to to hear what we sound like, don’t get to hear us too often.  That second video does show the difference in how much the guitar level varies when you are not in line with the amp, all the more reason to ditch it

Yes they were, kick mic is a decent one though.  It was a pretty big room, and the evox reached the back apparently, and there was. A lot more left in it

RCF have been on a roll the last few years. They seem to be rationalising their product range finally.

As a punter, as good as the Evox is I know I'd prefer to be listening to your current Yamaha rig than a single Evox 8
Don’t think a single evox would be enough, may be wrong, but as for which I’d rather listen too, certainly in a pub, the evox by a mile.  It’s such a nice balanced sound, but still more than enough oomph

Short clip, videoed on an iPhone 5SE. What you’re hearing is the Evox, plus John’s Engl.

Thought I’d mention, the La Cab painted by @lamf68 has take over as my number 1 gigging guitar, cheapest guitar I own and I love it
