I think I'm probably missing something that's right in front of my nose but is there an AND operator that can be used in a search? i.e. all search terms are present.
There seems to be a NOT and an OR (and others) but I've tried + and AND to no avail; they just double the number of returned hits.

Where it says "Phrase Match", choose "All" from the dropdown. Admittedly it's not too intuitive, but that's Vanilla for you.
I don't think I've ever done a search where I wanted an 'or' result, on any forum or website.
