I've put George Lamb in my avatar as people are constantly confusing us. Possibly. Sometimes. Maybe never.

When I was a teenager and had a lot of curly hair I got likened to the bassist in More several times. They were a lower rung NWOBHM band who were a perpetual support band so a reasonable number of people saw them ( as in other teenagers who I knew at the time who went to see rock bands). They still exist as More2012 although what happened to the original hirsute bass player I don't know. 
Some might say this is stretching the definition of Celebrity but I have watched an episode of Celebs Go Dating so I say it isn't.

When I had long hair I was told I resembled Serj Tankian from SOAD and Jus from Electric Wizard. I've been bald for a decade so now apparently I am a younger Bob Hoskins with a mutton chop beard.

EDIT: Wait, NOT Serj but the guitarist Daron Malakian. Yes that makes sense.
