Got a cheapo microwave chicken dinner for a quick snack this evening. Pleasant enough for the price, but the gravy had a familiar, er, flavour, to it so I checked the packaging. It said "E621 flavour enhancer" so I googled it and would you believe, E621 is ....

I like the Gibson E621. One of the best hollow bodies ever IMO.

These days you can get a much improved flavour from Stereosodium Glutamate

Sassafras

It's a lot less harmful than sodium chloride.

Which in turn is a lot less harmful then Methylene Chloride.
