Called in to Northwest Guitars today...
Just out of curiosity, I called in to Northwest Guitars in St Helens to check out the quality of their Tele and Strat bodies before I buy. What a good bunch of guys and very willing to stop and chat for a while.
The gear they sell is impressively top notch and ranges from the cheaper Wilkinson/Artec/Tonerider stuff up to Sperzel/Seymour Duncan/DiMarzio end of things.
The necks and bodies are truly excellent quality.
It"s not a big place but worth dropping in on if you're up in the area.
