Do you own an old 50s (or earlier) Gibson or Fender, an old tweed amp perhaps ?

Good, let's see 'em

    A few here, slightly older than 1960- from l to r 62, 65, 66. (the tweed is a bronco)

All completely original save for essential upgrades.

  • I had a 1968 Fender Mustang for a number of years,  sold it a few years ago(stupid of me), and I had an unknown date Tiesco bass that was absolute crap to play and had already been compromised, it didn't survive the 80's, however, pieces of it live on, the pick ups are somewhere in the US, the body is in British Columbia etc....  The pic of the Mustang is really washed out, it was actually the color of this stock Squier pic.

Extremely worn but original and unbroken like this one about £20k, I was lucky enough to get a great part ex deal for a load of guitars I had accumulated.

If I owned that 335 they would have had to prise it from my dead hands...
