1989 Fender Telecaster Markings Help

Any experts on Fender stamps, markings etc out there? Can you shed any light on these on my 89 US standard Telecaster?

The date stamps relate to quality assurance inspections. They could be applied at various points during production. The obvious times would be between the routing and the spray shop or between the finishing and the hardware/electrical assembly.

I am surprised that the neck label bears no initials whatsoever.

@Funkfingers Thanks. What about the F & J? The Apple (or whatever it is stamp) I have seen other examples of on google but can’t yet find explanation of what those are. Also seen ones with signatures like you say.
