£1.7bn is £1000 per customer - are they really making a ~£150 loss per month on every customer!?! thats almost as much as Im paying for energy - are they really only charging me for 60% of the actual cost?

Just had my final Avro bill, and statement via Octopus. They did indeed carry over the credit I had, and it all looks to be good so far.
