Any idea why these are going for so much these days?

They're cool little guitars but seem quite cheap also

I like them personally, but a bit shocked by them going for around 400 online

    They aren't. The last two which sold went for £107 - with no strings - and £277 in the USA where you would expect them to be rarer and possibly more desirable. I would say about £150 is about right for a fully playable (ish) one in this country - they really aren't very good, even with work.

    Unless someone is trying it on, anyway.
