Tone stack mod on the Fender Harvard

Hi there, I have a Fender Harvard clone and I’d like to modify the tone stack to give more scooped tones. I’ve read about the Framus mid control mod for the 5e3, is this directly transplantable to the Harvard? I’m not really up on my electronics... thanks!
