What amp could I put in this cab?

I have a small 1 x 8 cab that i bought from Matamp a few years ago to go with a Minimat head. I now have a couple of other 1x12 cabs which I prefer to use, but i was thinking of converting this into a little 'Champ' like amp that i could use for small gigs. The dimensions are 41cmx38xcmx20cm, and here are a couple of snaps of the insides:

I'm thinking of picking up a simple kit that i could wire up and turn it into a little combo. What simple amp could I put in there do you think?
