Just had a look on the Yamaha site.  Looks like the PAC311H model is now discontinued

It’s a shame they won’t make one with a decent Trem. Sorry but Bigsby trems may be trendy right now but they don’t work for me.

A pity. Coil split HB, coupled with a P90 is a fantastic, and versatile, combination.As far as I’m aware the ONLY other guitars offering this are the Pacifica 611 and the PRS Chris Robertson signature. Both of which cost significantly more.

The Nik Huber Krautster II has it too - but with an order of magnitude increase in price again over the ones you mention.

Cheers chaps, will have a look at those other models you mentioned.  There's just something about those Yamaha models though, I really like the body shape.

Speaking as the owner of an older RS620, I can say that for a guitar of that type they're supremely comfortable.  I've never liked Les Paul type guitars, but the Revstar sits perfectly with me.

Sounds pretty awesome too.

Don't worry about comparison to the PRS Chris Robertson model which is soulless and toneless albeit beautifully made and looks cool...
