I knew a tech who used to make shims from pieces of old drum heads. As they’re quite thin you can stack them for fine adjustment.

have you tried using the trem claw to pull the trem block back and lower ?its all part of  the set up .

i did have a llok but im not that familiar with strat floating bridge setups but i will have a closer look
