All you have to do when selling a guitar like that is put the rumour out there.
Facebook is as good a platform as any.

same people have lots of money, so it may be very affordable. and if they buy well, the money is safe. it's not "spent" in the way we think of it, more moved from one kind of liquidity (cash) to another.

though it's not really a guitar in the sense we think of it (it won't be gigged or taken to the local open mic I'm sure), it's closer to an antique or artwork.

Because if you have £90K kicking around spare, its going to earn you nothing in a bank. So as an investment provided its genuine it will probably make you a healthy return over a period of time. However, that could be many years. 
I have no idea whether or not its a fair price or not, not a fan of Gibson's.
