Engl e530 valve preamp

Any experience or thoughts on the Engl e530 valve preamp?

After a long time chasing certain old style sounds I've recently found that you can do the same styles on more modern style amp sounds as this one seems quite reasonably priced and versatile with the two channels, with a couple of  modes for each channel.

Plus the clean channel should be useful for any vintage voice overdrive pedals should I feel the urge.

I only play at home and record (not good enough or sociable enough to play in public) so seems a good bit of kit with IRs on either my Digitech Gsp modeller or the HX Effects if I keep it

Any thoughts appreciated.
