A beautifully constructed old school jazz-guitar solo

When watching I was struck on how elegant the composition of it was. The player a Spanish guitarist called Josep Traver moves between chord shapes, arpegios and licks in such a effortless manner it's a delight to watch..  It's a very nice example of using scale-tones to create solos that meld into the music.

Yes, I enjoyed the whole thing too. Very nicely crafted guitar solo. Always a pleasure to hear someone playing with taste.

A reminder that taste is subjective.  I like some jazz guitar but want something a bit spicier than that in 2019.  One man's "beautifully constructed" is another man's "skillful but derivative and bland".
