Adding binding on a neck

The only thing that I’m misssing on my PRS Stripped 58 is the bound neck.

So, is it possible to add binding on already built neck? Who can do such thing?

i know someone that did a LP studio but can't remember if he took the board off first, that went well the next one not so good so he came over to get a new board radiused

Probably easier to make a new board up and glue it on
