The G12H has 06CM on the gasket and 6/902/003 on the cone

yeah 6th March 1967. Is there a model number on the gasket too? probably T1217.

That is quite a collectable speaker because it is old enough to have the white voice coil former. Is it in decent condition? I think I saw a tear in one of your photos.

Yes it has a tear unfortunately in the cone.  Apart from that it's very good condition for its age.
