Zoom Customer Service

What's Hot
Hi folks

One of my Zoom MS-70CDR pedals has stopped functioning properly - which is annoying as it's a great pedal and I use both of them a lot.

Does anyone have any experience of Zoom customer service or advice as to how I might get the unit repaired/replaced.

Thanks

I spoke to a Sam in Technical support at Zoom about something on my own MS-70CDR and he was helpful

    What is it doing, exactly?

  • Ah, great - thanks!

The pad for navigating has stopped working and it occasionally "presses" buttons on it's own!

Sounds like you need an exorcist more than a tech.

  • Many many years ago, I bought a Zoom 8080 effects unit thing with a big old footswitch. The weird DIN cable broke, so I emailed them asking about any possible spares (bear in mind, this was a long discontinued unit). They emailed back to say that they had found a single cable in their ex-demo equipment stash, and proceeded to air-mail it straight to me, from Japan, for free.

  • Zoom offered to replace the unit for £45...

I probably will avail of this, but can see myself abandoning these if it happens again!
