Obviously it only makes a difference when you use more than one drive pedal at a time, and then it's personal choice.
Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.
Classically the BB preamp comp would go first followed by the other pedals in descending gain order, with the HX Stomp at the end.
Realistically, I’m assuming that you don’t actually turn them all on at once to create a glorious chaotic mush with howling feedback. You’re best off identifying those which you actually use together (which are hopefully limited) and testing those configurations in different orders to see what a) gives the best sound and b) creates the lowest noise levels.
I don’t think 5 different sounding drives is excessive, I’ve got 4 and still haven’t got all the bases covered.
So you can either
i) put your comp and drives before the input or
ii) put them in the loop of the HX stomp, with the loop to be configured at the start of the signal chain.
That latter approach could be more flexible as I guess you might be able to configure where the loop appears within each preset on the stomp. You may lose one of the precious 6 block in doing so though.
