Yes, and the point of the horn slightly too sharp. That and the glaringly obviously wrong switch and knob positions should have been instant giveaways.

It's still illegal to sell it as a Gibson too, even with the disclaimers he's mentioned.

on the back the control plates are both not in the right place for a les paul or any era. my guess is it's a either a kit guitar or a home made replica.
