3 different approaches - all very musical
Red ones are better.

The amusing thing is that they are pretty much all the pedals on my WTB list at the moment.

    All 3 are fab

If you like listening to echoes decay and modulate as your hobby, the Belle Epoch wins.

If you like listening to interesting decays without modulation, the Waza wins.

If you like listening to the music you're playing, the Deep Blue wins.

The way the Deep Blue decays is "more boring" but it's the nicest and clearest while you're actually playing/soloing.

Someone should make a tape emulation that ducks the low end a bit while you play, then let's the sexy decays through when you stop.
    Red ones are better.

I wonder if you could do that with a Flashback and the Toneprint Editor? I'm sure you could do it manually with the Flashback 2 and the MASH switch.
