I've owned and sold 3 x Lightspeeds but really love them and am thinking of getting another one for the latest iteration of my board.

At the same time every time I have heard Danish Pete talk about the Dane he mentioned loving pedals like the lightspeed and it being and inspiration so if they have that similar Timmy-ish lineage part of me is thinking for £50 more than the Lightspeed I could have the Dane with a boost as well.

Anyone used both pedals? Are the drive tones similar?

My Trade Feedback Thread is here

Been uploading old tracks I recorded ages ago and hopefully some new noodles here.

Given that you've had 3 Lightspeeds then get a Dane.

I can't imagine you'd lose much on it if you sold it as everyone wants one at the moment.

Hopefully I’ll be able to help here, I was given a list of pedals that pete really liked. We then analysised what it is that he like about them and why. This was super informative and enabled me to voice the Dane to cover all the ground he wanted and a lot more.

the boost was the icing on the cake and Pete genuinely uses the pedal all the time, it’s exactly what he wanted.

If you like what the lightspeed can do, but need a bit more from that style of pedal then I’m certain you’ll like the Dane.

Cheers fella. Definitely something to think on. Would be nice to support home grown talent too instead of repeatedly sending all my cash to Greer.

Ive owned both, and both are top of the game and transparent...

The big advantage of the Dane, is that you can actually purchase it. There has been no stock availability for the Lightspeed for months now...

£50 extra for an extra footswitch, and support home grown talent? No brainier for me.

So, about £30 more to order from the States? Probably worth waiting then, I guess
