Just bought an MXR Reverb after lusting for one since the middle of last year. The Mod and Pad modes are worth the price along. The spring is very usable, but I think the spring on the Ventris is probably more to my taste right now. Plate is epic, and er... Epic is epic too.

It's great. I just set it up with my Ventris and RV-5, all plumbed into the Helix effects loops. Epic.

I REALLY like the MXR M300, but for spring reverb, the hands down best I’ve heard is the humble EHX Ocean 11

It can do stereo in and stereo out. But I prefer mono rigs anyway.

Yeah, you can use TRS to get the stereo functionality.

I love this pedal. A while back I tried the Meris Polymoon, Mercury7, and the MXR Reverb all at the same time, and for me the MXR came out on top for all modes.

I even think I prefer the spring on it to the spring on my Ventris.

I like a little bit of reverb (actually a lot!). How does the MXR compare to the likes of the Bluesky and Boss FRV-1? Will it do that saturated Peter Green type reverb? If it does I could be interested.

I've not used either of those I'm afraid, but I could do a few clips of the spring model if that's what you're interested in?
