When I worked in Scandinavia my work colleagues loved a good single malt Scotch whisky. I haven't been to Sweden in a while but scotch was expensive in my day.

Sweden has strict laws on food imports ... ;-)

I did take some Danish and Swedish colleagues to the Indian Calvary Club in Edinburgh  when we were working on a project at the University. They couldn't take even mild heat .. it was so amusing .. I got a vindaloo .. a couple tried some and wished they hadn't. I've never seen so much cold beer drunk in one go .. :-)
