Neck deformed

Hello everyone, I have a Vigier Arpege III 6-string bass and a problem ... that bass has the Phenowoody fingerboard I think some carbon fiber reinforcement, the neck of the bass in theory is undeformable but the reality is another ... has been curved a bit forward ... I applied heat to try to take it to its place but it does not work ... does anyone know any way to solve this?
