Idly toying with the notion of selling this.








Not because there's anything wrong with it you understand ? In fact it's my favourite amp of all time !

"Then why are you selling it ?" I hear you cry..

Well I'm thinking of getting the same but in 18w and maybe a head.

Mine's an early,pre Peavey one bought from Stompboy over on the old forum.





I do feel compelled to point out that whilst I do have the top baffle board that protects the valves I have lost three of the screw/cup things that hold it on. I was just going to rob the ones of my Rivera to get the sale going but they're a different size so I'll have to get a hold of some before selling !





C/W footswitch. £700 ish or trade for an 18w head anyone ?

I can confirm that this is a beast of an amp. Lovely cleans and the best gain channel out there.

Cheers dude. on reflection I'm beginning to question the virtue in wilfully losing money just to shift it to then buy essentially the same thing but slightly quieter for more money....Hmmm...

I had the same dilemma. Having owned both, I can tell you the 30 has a good amount more girth. I found the 18 a bit too bright for rock stuff. Great for pop and country though. Just to sidetrack, if its a head you're looking at, I have a spare head shell that's not getting used. ;-)
