    About £900 for a head or £1000 for a combo. I had one before getting the Lonestar. Great amp but I prefer the Lonestar

    I've seen 1x12" combos go for as little as £550 and as much as £1400 on eBay - and they've all been in pretty good nick, to be honest.
    Not much of the gear, even less idea.

    Never seen a Plus model for much less than £900.  The original 5:50s are around for £6-700 but can't comment on how they compare.  When I had a MkV, I didn't use the Eq sliders much, the variable contour knob was much quicker to dial in.
