Landed. Cleaned up, restrung, fretboard oiled and put through her paces. 

Damn she’s gnarly!

Thanks! I have to admit, my expectations have been seriously exceeded. Strung with DR Blues 9’s atm ‘cos It’s all I had spare but I’ll grab some D’ads tomorrow. Swapping the nut out for Tusq, adding strap locks and darkening the neck this week. Tuners work well enough so they can wait, not making a decision on the bridge just yet but the pots... jeezus... they’re like an on/off switch, that’s tonight’s job.

Yes, the pots on these are cheap and nasty.  Switches too. Luckily, everything else is pretty damn good....and good pots are still cheap

Lucky I’m in a soldering mood! 250’s in these? Got some Alpha 375’s spare. Wonder how’d that’d sound...?
