Any success stories for Chinese guitar purchases?

Given the crap you get with a £1.5k Chinese Les Paul copy in another thread, I wouldn't expect too much from a 150 quid one.

10 year olds eh, very talented kids then - wonder who showed them how to perfectly level and crown every fret on my Tele - do they teach that in primary school there?
