I’m never quite sure what fining a large company a completely trivial amount by their standards actually achieves - unless it would come out of the salaries of those responsible, which it won’t.

From what I understand Fender Europe have been fined for hiding documents, which eventually they eventually presented.  The £25K may just be an added bonus for messing theThe Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) around.
