Got a new tele and cant adjust the truss rod, so on the hunt for a good replacement neck, Must have 22 frets as I need the overhang for this particular guitar

    Why not simply fork out for a professional repairer to replace the damaged truss rod adjustment nut? It ought to be far less expensive than a neck.
