SOLD - Peterson Mahogany 1 x 10 cab with EVM EVI 10 Speaker

Peterson Mahogany 1 x 10 Guitar/ Bass cab with sought after EVM EVI 10 Speaker. 

This obviously at one time was an amp and cab made by Peterson Amps who were famous for their Guitar and Bass amps and cabs which were favoured particularly by Jazz players. It is beautifully constructed and is solid Mahogany. There are some marks and two holes on one side which is probably where a handle was attached at some point.
 
Dimensions are 51 cm high, 51 cm wide and 30 cm deep.

The real icing on the cake though is the speaker - It is an EVM EVI 10 which are sought after and were used specifically by Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, Mitch Holder and Jim Messina.

These speakers were championed and favoured by Paul Rivera who used them to mod Vibroluxes, Tremoluxes, Super reverbs etc for star names as he reckoned they were louder and more reliable. They were also used in Music Man, Rivera era Fenders and Rivera's own designed and modded amps.

These speakers sell for high prices on Reverb, particularly in the States.
The Speaker is 8 Ohm and 150 Watts. It weighs 12 pounds.
