Don't know, but truss rod adjustment is looking like wrong end and it has a micro tilt. Surely neither would have been on Blackie?

Clapton Strats have the neck tilt and headstock truss rod adjustment.

But at that price, why does it matter?

Hardly, when it has a 22nd fret as well . But the seller misdescribing it doesn't necessarily mean it's fake.

Looks like a '98 Fender USA Clapton Strat.
Price is hilariously optimistic.

It's a strat who cares - two bits of fairly inexpensive wood bolted together with some reasonably cheap eletronics - just like leo intended it to be - except a bit crappy because he got it right first time with the telecaster

Custom Shop logo suggests late 80s, and he mentions that it has no boost or Lace Sensors. It seems that this just a Clapton Strat that has been molested by someone who wanted to make it more like Blackie (and add about 24 grand in value of course).

I wondered how long it would take for this to find it's way onto the forum. He's hiding the serial number so you cant do a serial check..... Even if it is a genuine one off special order CS Claptop strat with some unique specs... it would still sit on ebay for weeks if he lopped a zero off the price...
