Appreciation of the MIM Lone Star Strat...

Recently bought a MIM Lone Star Strat from @cj73 and what a cracking guitar it is, nice neck and vintage tint, pickups are excellent, fretwork is superb, it arrived with the neck detached, so I bolted it back on, stuck a set of 10's on it, action and intonation were spot on, I expected to have to adjust something!
Only downside was that the Scratchplate humbucker space had the large radius corners squared off, it looked like it had been done with a spoon, a blunt spoon at that!
So I fitted a new scratchplate, sorted! While under the hood swapped the second tone to the bridge pickup, thats it, done.....
As someone who loves modding I was almost disappointed!
This is my first ever MIM Strat, what a cracker!

Great looking strat right there, and I don't usually like black rw strats!

Yeah I had an oly white one and thought it was superb. Sold it to get a US std that wasn’t as good.
