I was a member for a few years and have used their contract template for bookings with my band, however my membership recently expired and I don't really want to renew as i've since bought separate public liability to cover the whole band, and i've ensured the band's equipment through my business contents insurance.

My question is, can I still use the MU contract to secure bookings with clients, even though i'm not a member any more? My instinct is that I should be okay to use it as it still forms a legally binding agreement between myself and the client, but i don't want to get caught out if any problems should occur..
