Anyone after a super cheap car?

After the death of my dad I have found myself with 3 cars and it's clearly 1 too many and the oldest needs to go, I really don't have time or interest to get it MOT'd as really busy sorting everything out, It is a light blue 06 focus as per the title that I have used for work for the last 4 years, it's fairly clean inside and the bodywork is generally ok nothing bad. I really don't want to scrap it unless that is the last resort and really don't want to invite Ebay tyre kickers to waste my time.

Bad:
Blanked off EGR valve, throws up fault lights occasionally
Needs new fan belt
Needs a service
Brake disks flagged up on last MOT
No radio

Good:
It starts, first time, every time
It stops
It still has loads of power (steering judders under heavy right foot action)
2 x brand new tyres on the front

The MOT is due 11/6/19 - Mileage is 186k

Only looking for £250, get an MOT and it is an absolute bargain.

Will get some pics up in a bit, collection from North Surrey.
