lol.
Does he wind his own pickups?
The bodies have all the right dimensions and routing anomalies of the originals and the neck shapes can be had in lots of original CNC'd profiles, you can even pick a shape by serial number.
I've bought such a neck and body and made myself a nice blackguard (actually I made it a whiteguard as I like the look), had it finished by MJT and topped it with some klein pickups, a setup and you'll have a great quality, accurate blackguard repro for a lot less then a Nacho. Still by no means inexpensive, you'll easily spend £1000 on it. But a lot cheaper than the Nacho for sure.
The neck shapes are very very comfortable, in particular the V ones (my preference), and extremely different from what you get on most teambuilt/masterbuilt teles. From picking up and owning some old fenders, these musikraft necks certainly seem to capture more accurately the feel in terms of profile and neck to headstock back taper.
I'm in no way trying to dismiss Nacho's work, in fact I'm benefiting from it (indirectly through Musikraft), and I'm sure the added work, setup and finishing/relic'ing makes each Nachocaster a special guitar. Just thought this would be a nice report on an alternative for everyone else.
is this his own creation? like it
except for the poo it's been smeared in
