I saw the picture and thought oh bloody hell, jazz... but that was great.  I think @stickyfiddle has a point in calling it phone-hold-music, in the sense that it's very "pleasant" and inoffensive, but that's OK sometimes.

He does stuff in that video that I'm incapable of understanding even though I'm watching it happen.  I think once or twice I confused the guitar on the backing track with what he's actually playing, but it's not just that.
