So this depends where you want everything?
Guitar > Tuner > Lightspeed > Stomp input
Stomp FX Send > Flashback/HOF > Stomp FX Return
Stomp Output > Boost > Looper

Best thing to do is physically lay the pedals out on the board where you want them, and measure the gaps between the pedals - some cables have larger jacks which need to be accounted for. If you don't have much space, then you'll need to consider cables with flat/pancake jacks.
Also, having the pedals physically laid our in front of you, try reaching them with your feet and think about which one's you'll need to activate most. For instance, does the tuner need to be down the front, or can that be swapped for the Lightspeed maybe? I have my tuner at the back as I don't want it in the way when I'm gigging. Nothing worse than accidentally standing on the tuner mid-song during a gig!
I guess now is the time to order a patch cable kit.
