    Serial number dates it as made at the Nashville Plant, TN, USA on December 1st, 2013.
    Not 2017 as stamped.
    However, I could have read the number wrong (170039350)?
    Also locking Grovers, unusual.
    The nut looks a bit wrong, too 'angular'?
    No control knob pointers (hardly a smoking gun).
    Over to the experts  :)
