Picked this up today as a dirty amp. Partnering with a Hrdlx for cleans. It’s replacing a blackstar ht5 stack which is just too dirty for my needs. I’m enjoying a lovely dynamic breakup and crunch.

I was playing through one in the studio Saturday, very nice maybe a little quiet but sounded great to me.

I can’t quite put my finger on what I like, I think it might be that you can get plenty of dynamics out of it with picking/volume control. The hrdlx just doesn’t break up, and the black star doesn’t do that just on edge sound. Maybe I do need all 3...
