Today I managed to route midi from Cubase via my UR22 to my X-Station then midi from the X-Station via USB to my iPad running Wardolf Nave.  Passed the audio from Nave via USB back to the X-station to a Focusrite Octopre connected via ADAT interface to my Audient ID22 and back in to Cubase

Cant believe it all works

    Sounds like the studio equivalent of the Large Hadron Collider. ;)

    That is one interesting plug-in synthesizer.
    You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.

    It's great, was going to buy a Blofeld, but tried Nave, and for £20 it's superb

    Accelerating a few particles, how hard can that be ;)

    Accelerating them’s the easy part, getting them to stop is more tricky!

    @John_A I didn’t understand a word of that but congratulations I guess! :)

    Think it was something to do with connecting an Xbox to a PlayStation so that you could get long wave? But I don’t see where the gameboy fits in?? :)

    nice.,

    Nave is a very cool synth. there are some really powerful synths for the ipad, When I got back into recording, 10 years or so ago, I didn't use any midi. I'd use Ipad synths recorded via audio. It took me back to when I first recorded anything which would have been early 80s using a 4 track recorder. Very good for playing discipline when you know you can't simply go edit the midi!

    Crap in many other ways though!!
