OK so can anyone help me out please?

Other than the price, what's the difference between this custom les paul  . .

It uses expensive Richlite for the fretboard, instead of crappy real ebony?

Seems quite a low price if that's the only difference no?

I don't get it either. It's normal non-historic LPC spec but then it says 'limited to 300 worldwide'. The price is good for non-historic LPC, I've seen used prices close to that

Oh maybe it's Gibson USA and not Custom Shop?  Pure speculation on my part

edit: there's a CS COA in the pictures so I don't think it's USA

Almost certainly last year’s model. They are back to ebony for 2019. Another Gibson warehouse find perhaps?
