Does anyone remember the fairly affordable fender Japan 60s teles?

They had bigsbys and were available about 7 or 8 years ago for 6-700 quid new...

I really want one, but can't find any we're they discontinued?

Found the information model I mean on ebay and someone wants 1300 quid for it.

So it's doubled in value? Crikey.

Everything has doubled in value on eBay.

In all honesty and not just because I’ve got a vibramate for sale, consider reversible bigsby options. I love a bigsby, but it just didn’t work on a tele for me.

There’s a 60s Tele with Bigsby coming out in the new Vintera range.

True! I remember it being a pretty affordable guitar though... Maybe it has a very positive rep.

I actually can't afford it right now, and the cost of a different tele + vibranate +bigsby is far higher than I'd afford! Perhaps I should go piece by piece for a warmoth or guitarbuild build... That would also get me some other interesting options, like a wide nut and flat radius.
